Our Redeemer Lutheran Food Pantry

Thanks to donations from church members, Our Redeemer gives out bags of shelf stable groceries every Monday or Thursday from 2-4pm or Tuesday from 10am-Noon.

Bags are given once per month, per household, on a first come-first served basis.

Photo ID is required. Call (620)662-5642 if you have questions or to inquire if bags are available.

Our Redeemer Members volunteer at the Christian Soup Kitchen on the 3rd Tuesday of every month.

 The Christian Soup Ministry is a group of local churches joining together to help those in need. Our Redeemer is not in charge of this Ministry - if you are searching for information on how to volunteer your time, please contact the Soup Kitchen directly at (620) 662-6468 or through their Facebook Page!

Located at 301 E. 3rd in Hutchinson, the soup kitchen serves meals Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Our Redeemer Lutheran Church assists by serving meals on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Are you interested in serving with ORL? We need volunteers for the following times. (FYI the sign up sheet is in the atrium)

• 2:00 p.m. (5 Volunteers)

  • Open cans, heat food & fill delivery trays. These volunteers will also open more cans and heat more food for walk-ins.

  • Finished around 5 p.m.

• 4:45/5:00 p.m. (6 Volunteers)

  • Serve and Clean Up

  • Finished around 6 p.m.

• Delivery Route drivers also needed!

  • Northern, Central, and Southern Routes

Can't donate your time? Donate cookies! We need 3 dozen cookies each from approximately 12 volunteers.
